I am doing research for a family member on the James robert Fowler family in Bolivar County. He owned 200 acres on a large farm in Shaw and donated land for the church and cemetery to be built. The Mayo family was involved in helping to build this church.

My research members are Sturdivant, Fowler, and McGee. Mary Thomas Fowler had two children that went by Sturdivant. She later married James Robert Fowler. They had two girls Ruby and Ollie Mae. I am searching for Ruby and Ollie and who they married.

If anyone has any information on the church and cemetery I would appreciate it very much.
