Hi my name is Tonya Hawkins and I am from Georgia.
The reason I am posted here is because I have a sister here. Her name is Tara Parker Swilley. She was murdered 08/02/04 at the young age if 26 yrs old. She was not only my sister, but my best friend too. Also, I would like to say thanks to whoever did this page for Tara. It means alot to her family.
