I grew up in Ohio but moved to the San Francisco bay area when I graduated high school in 1968. I lived there for the next 25 years. I was the assistant general manager of a hotel in San Francisco until we moved to the east coast in 1993. We have spent the last 10 years renovating a 235 year old stone house near Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. We are finally almost finished and are looking forward to spending the next few years sitting on the porch!
