Paula Anne Monroe Brown was born the youngest of two children born to Mr. and Mrs. Albert Monroe on April 1, 1974 in Atlanta, Georgia. She is the half-sister of Ms. Lucy Ann Frazier. She is a proud 1992 graduate of Glenn Hills High School and a 1999 graduate of Paine College in Augusta, Georgia with a bachelor degree in Music Education. Her hobbies includes photography, computer, playing the piano,singing, dancing, teaching, swimming, tennis, exercising, writing, and reading the Bible. She is married to Minister Howard Brown and is the proud mother of two, stepmother of three, and step-grandmother of three. Paula is currently a substitute teacher for the Dekalb and Rockdale County Public Schools. She recently received her certification in Interrelated and Adapted Curriculum Special Education in addition to her Music certification on November 15, 2008. She is also in the process of applying for a second Bachelor degree at Georgia State University to major in Spanish and is wanting to become an interpreter.
