I was born in Providence, Rhode Island, January 26, 1948. Attended Temple St. School (torn down), George J. West Jr. High, and Hope High School (class of Jan 1964). Georgetown University Class of 1968, U. S. Navy 1969-1972, then graduate school at University of Missouri and College of William and Mary. Now professor of history at John A. Logan College in Carterville, IL.
