I was born at Bethesda Naval Hospital and grew up in a Navy family.Most of my youth was spent residing in Rockville,MD. I graduated from Richard Montgomery HS, and attended the Univ.of Maryland where I received a BA in Government and Politics.
After graduation,I moved to California where I worked for the DoD ,NAVAIR.I also worked in some commercials,TV and movie assignments over a period of several years. Finally, I decided to become a teacher and undertook graduate work at San Diego State,Point Loma Univ.,Univ.of SD,Univ.of CA-SD,et.al.I earned an MA in Education and an MA in English (Comparative Literature) at National University, San Diego,CA. I previously taught US History,Government&Law,and English 10 and 11 at the senior high school level in the LA and SD areas.I am retired from teaching.
I have been a dedicated weight trainer and exercise enthusiast for many years.Moreover, I enjoy reading history and continue to take college coursework. This website affords me the luxury of indulging in one of my favorite projects-the study of history via graveyards.I am elated that I am able to both research ,and contribute to the study of history utilizing the magic of the internet!
