Bio

First, if I have made a memorial for someone who is your ancestor and that person is NOT mine, do not hesitate to ask for a transfer.
I have been involved in genealogy since around 1997.
In 1997, my interest started when my mother lamented she did not know more about her father's family. Before then I had no interest in my family history despite her attempts to get me involved. Unknown to her, I started researching the CROWs and even found online and purchased a book "Crow and Stroup, SC to AL--1818." With the author's permission I put the majority on the web at the below web site. I showed all that I had found out to my mother and her response was "I didn't want to know all this!" Too late! I was hooked and have been sleuthing ever since, but am at a point that I have found all I need to know, with the exception of some brick walls that I can't crack until unknown cousins share info in their attics. Brain ca also has slowed my interest. I am a descendant of the SINCLAIRs of the "DaVinci" furor, but I don't buy into all that hoopla. Friends were referring to my Grampa Jesus and Gramma Mary. LOL!
