Bio

My interest in family history and burial preservation has been fueled over the years by my husband's tireless research into his many family trees. (He is adopted and has researched both birth and adopted families.) My fondness of graveyards and interest in "neat" markers, coupled with an interest in all things old and/or historical, has been a source of many wonderful outings over the years. I am only too happy to take digital photos to help others (especially those who cannot travel to the sites themselves) take these "virtual tours" of their loved one's graves. I just wish that it were easier to find out where MY relations were buried so that I can make a request for their photos! Anyway, happy grave hunting to all!

***NOTE***
I receive many "corrections" to graves which I record that come from relatives, etc. asking that I add information not found on the grave marker/information which conflicts with what I have seen and photographed with my own eyes, or transfer the memorial to them. It is my policy to add information only in the bio section with credit to the person who sent it. I will transfer memorials according to findagrave policy of up to a 4th generation DIRECT relative. However, I ask that you please do not delete the photos which I might have associated with that person's memorial. My photos are copyrighted to me as of the date of publication on this site. Please ask before you "lift" any pictures from my memorial page and don't claim those pictures as your own. Especially, do not create any derivative artwork from my photography. Thanks!
