I have lived all my life in Washington State. My mother was born here, my father was born in Illinois. Most of my ancestors centered around Iowa. It is my wish to some day visit Iowa to look around at the settings where my family history lived, loved, and died. I began by entering a memorial to my mother, but I'll be posting more. This site is such a wonderful idea! Especially for those of us who do not have gravesites or memorials to visit in person, this is the next best thing!
