George Frederic Cleaver - Direct descendent of Samuel Cleaver, Sixth Generation, 3rd Great Grandson. Born March 9, 1937 at Hollywood hospital, Los Angeles California. Moved to Long Beach California in 1946. Was a member of St. Luke's Church boys choir and the Long Beach Junior Philharmonic Orchestra. Attended grade schools in Long Beach. Attended Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and then UCLA where he received his accreditation in Business Administration. Employed by GTE from 1956 to 1993 with a short stint in the U S Army from 1957 to 1959. Retired from GTE in 1993 as the Southern Regional Outside Plant Engineering and Operations Manager. Received his Real Estate License in 2003. George Married Ruth Ann Davis November 20, 1959. George and Ruth had two sons, Gregory and Kenneth.
