I have been working on my Family Tree for the past 15 years. When I found this site I was thrilled to find this wonderful site I have found several people but most recently I found a Great Aunt. I was not aware that she had passed in 2007. I have also found a cousin on the site which was thrilling.

I was born in Highland Park, Michigan, and raised all over the United States. My Dad and Grandpa were field superintendants putting in conveyor systems all over the US so the family went with them. As a young girl I learned so much by traveling and seeing first hand the stuff I learned about in books. I changed schools many times, in third grade I started in St Clair Shores, Mi then to Anderson Indiana and finally finished in Portland Oregon. When I was in the fourth grade I lived part of the year in Downey California and finished up in Mt Clemens Michigan. From that point on we didn't travel as much as my older sister was going into High School and my parents did not want her to change schools then.

My older brother went to Wentworth Military acadmy in Missouri (my dad also graduated from high school there and junior college) so we would go to see him in the fall for Homecomming. When I was a senior in High school I was on the homecomming court for Wentworth (at that time an all boys school) what a thrill that was for me.

I graduated from Lake Fenton High School in Fenton Michigan in June 1971 and married in October of the same year. He was in the air force and was stationed at Luke air force base in Phoenix Arizona. My son was born there in March 1973. I divorced shortly after my Daughter was born in 1976 and have been single every since.
