Bio

Old fashion qualities and a persons word is there bond as is mine. And my dear family (L)-(R) Spot[d] Buddy [d] KitKat [d] Tazzy [d] OP Outer Patrol [d]Crain and Snoopy (a) and now Finnegan.I call this my family because my children Edward and Jason have grown and moved on with there families and usually the pets remain behind. And now a new generation of grand kids will grow up remembering the old timers who have passed and the joy of the movies and music made during that special time of 1920's-1970's.I want to express my sincere appreciation to everyone who has visited my precious babies and most recently Buddy 03-03-13 who passed away in my arms en route to the park to play.Buddy was a gentle little soul who was a sort of second banana to the other dogs. Hopefully the last 5 years of the 15 years together, I made up a little for that. We were inseparable, wherever I was Buddy was next to me and where Buddy was I was next to him, only time separated was when I was at work. Working for the state, when your mandated for overtime and refuse, your suspended for days. Well I can tell you, I was suspended quite a bit, because I wanted to be home with Buddy! None of the pets had to worry about the cold outside, always food and treats and a lot of videos, pictures and a lot LOVING hugs...I calculated the number of days Buddy was with me by the total cost to feed, care of him all of these years and generally came up with $2.654 per day of happiness. Such a low price to pay for such a thrill ride from God. Now Kit has crossed over on Aug of 2018. I didn't have it in me anymore, that day I walked into work, signed off on the state radio and dropped my badge and I.D, and walked out.

How fitting this poem is;"I have done mostly what men do, And pushed it out of my mind; But I can't forget, if I wanted to, Four-Feet trotting behind. Day after day, the whole day through . Wherever my road inclined-- Four-Feet said, 'I am coming with you! And trotted along behind. Now I must go by some other round-- Which I shall never find-- Some where that does not carry the sound Of Four-Feet trotting behind."~Rudyard Kipling

Now Snoopy and Finnegan and I are having fun, all of us are old, one by one, we shall move on, but never a part. Always together!
