I'am the Mother of 4 and the Grandmother of 5,I've had to medically retire after 28 y/o nursing. I was so impressed with the work on geneaology that a cousin had done...I became interested as well. My family name is Powell,Snipes, on my Dad's side & Mercer & Pate on my Mom's side. I'm very interested
in family that fought in the Civil War era. I'm very new at this and really just getting started and would appreciate any help...and would share any information that I may have.
