Plot info: Per Grace Green 3/12/1999: William Haley's grave is located in Ruckersville, on a bluff overlooking the Savannah River. (In those days I suppose you could see the river, but you can't now). He called this his River Plantation in his will, which he left to his retarded son Thomas. Thomas only lived five more years. You have to cross a large wheat field (get permission from the owners of the farm). You can see the DAR marker from the road. There are at least 20 fieldstone markers at this cemetery without any markings except for the one of William Haley.
