Faulds, William Frederick b. February 19, 1895 d. August 16, 1950 World War I British Victoria Cross Medal Recipient. Born in South African, during World War I, he served as a Private in the British 1st Battalion, South African Infantry, South African Forces. At the Battle of Delville Wood France, on July 18, 1916, his unit came under heavy rifle and machinegun fire with a majority of his party being killed or wounded, including the Lieutenant in charge, who was unable to move between the two lines of trench. Muzenda, Simon Vengayi b. October 28, 1922 d. September 20, 2003 Politician. Muzenda served as the Vice President of Zimbabwe under President Robert Mugabe from 1987 until his death on September 20, 2003. A known political activist he also served time in prison from 1962 to 1972, later becoming Zimbabwe's Foreign Minister, serving from 1980 to 1981.
