De Gautier, Felisa Rincon b. January 9, 1897 d. September 16, 1994 Politian. Always enthusiastic in here idea that women should get the right to vote is how she became involved in politics. De Diego started his political life in the Assembly of the Autonomist Party in Mayaguez in 1891. He desired the fusion of the Party with the National Autonomist Party.
