Bellini, Dr. Ettore b. April 13, 1876 d. 1943 Italian engineer and inventor. He attended engineering at the University of Naples, and in 1901 was hired as electrical engineer from the Royal Italian Navy. In 1906, he became head of the "Laboratorio elettrico navale" in Venice, where he was responsible for research about applications of radio waves to warships and submarines.
