In the 1990s, he expanded into recorded books with, "The Case of the Haunted Husband" (1991), "White Fang" and "Moby Dick" (1996) and "The Old Patagonian Express" and "The Pillars of Hercules" (1997). He also did episodes of Cheers and Taxi. He was a big draw at Sci-Fi conventions.
