Colicos, John b. December 10, 1928 d. March 6, 2000 Actor. Born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Colicos started acting in high school. He made his film debut in the 1950 Canadian production of "Forbidden Journey." He joined the Old Vic Shakespearean Company in London in 1951. At 23, Colicos became the youngest man to portray King Lear on the English stage in the 20th century.
