Berg, Patty b. February 13, 1918 d. September 10, 2006 Professional Golfer. She was credited with establishing the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association) and served as its president from 1950 to 1952. During her career Berg was winner of more than 60 tournaments, including 15 majors. She was named the AP Woman Athlete-of-the-Year three times. Coleman, Joe b. July 30, 1922 d. April 9, 1997 Major League Baseball Player. Real name Joseph Patrick Coleman. He was a pitcher for ten seasons with the Philadelphia Athletics, Baltimore Orioles and Detroit Tigers. His best year was 1948 when he notched a season high 14 victories and was named to the American League All Star Team. His son Joseph Howard Coleman was also a Major League pitcher.
