Kelley, Ova Arthur b. March 27, 1914 d. December 10, 1944 World War II Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. He was killed in action. He served in the United States Army in Company A, 382d Infantry, 96th Infantry Division. He was awarded the Medal of Honor for action on December 8, 1944 at Leyte, Philippine Islands. Almanzo was the fifth of six children born to James and Angeline Day Wilder.
