Errazuiz, German Riesco b. May 28, 1854 d. December 8, 1916 Statesman. He served as President of Chile from 1901 to 1906. As President he helped create a new Civil Code for his country in 1902 and signed a diplomatic treaty with Bolivia in 1904.
