White, Anthony Walton b. July 7, 1750 d. February 10, 1803 US Continental Army Brigadier General. At the start of Revolutionary War he was assisting his father in the management of his estates when commissioned as Major and aide-de-camp to General Washington in October 1775. Promoted Lieutenant Colonel of the 3rd Battalion New Jersey troops, he helped organize the 4th Regiment Light Dragoons in the Continental Army and was promoted Colonel in February 1780.
