Bisbee Jr., Horatio b. May 1, 1839 d. March 27, 1916 Civil War Union Army Officer, US Congressman. He served during the Civil War as Colonel and commander of the 9th Maine Volunteer Infantry. He was elected to represent Florida's 1st and 2nd Congressional Districts in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1877 to 1879, 1881, and 1882 to 1885.
