Adlam, Thomas Edwin b. October 21, 1893 d. May 28, 1975 World War I Victoria Cross Recipient. He served in the British Army during World War I as a 2nd Lieutenant in the 7th Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment. He was awarded the VC for his bravery at Thiepval and Swaben Redoubt, France, on September 27and 28, 1916. His citation reads "For most conspicuous bravery.
