West, Frederick b. September 29, 1941 d. January 1, 1995 Infamous serial killer. Tortured and killed 12 women, one of which was his daughter, at his infamous Cromwell Road home. Although he admitted to killing the twelve women, he hanged himself in prison on New Years day, 1995, thus avoiding trial. He was cremated in March, 1995.
