Akkad, Moustapha b. July 1, 1930 d. November 11, 2005 Motion Picture Producer, Director. He produced the successful "Halloween" series of horror films beginning with the first installment in 1978. He died as the result of injuries suffered in the terrorist bombing attacks in Amman, Jordan, of November 9, 2005. His daughter, Rima Akkad Monla, also died in the attack. (Bio by: A.J.
