Roberts, Frank Crowther b. June 2, 1891 d. January 12, 1982 World War I Victoria Cross Recipient. Born in London, England, he served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Worcestershire Regiment, British Army. During actions at Pargny, France, March 22 to April 2, 1918, Lieutenant Colonel Roberts was ordered to hold an extended position in the face of a heavy German offensive.
