Jones, Thomas Alfred b. December 25, 1880 d. January 30, 1956 World War I Victoria Cross Medal Recipient. He served as a Private in the 1st Battalion, 22nd Cheshire Regiment. On September 25, 1916, during the Battle of Morval, France Private Jones was with his company covering the advance in front of a village.
