Adams, William 'Miura Anjin' b. September 24, 1564 d. May 16, 1620 Adventurer. He was a British seaman who became a samurai in Japan. Born in Gillingham, Kent, England, after losing his father at age 12 he was apprenticed to shipyard owner Master Nicholas Diggins at Limehouse.
