Antolak, Sylvester b. September 10, 1916 d. May 24, 1944 World War II Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. He served in the United States Army during World War II as a Sergeant in Company B, 15th Infantry, 3rd Infantry Division. He was awarded the CMOH for his bravery near Cisterna di Littoria, Italy, on May 24, 1944.
