Alexander, Joshua Willis b. January 22, 1852 d. February 27, 1936 US Congressman, Presidential Cabinet Secretary. He was elected to represent Missouri's 3rd District in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1907 to 1919 when he resigned to accept the appointment of Secretary of Commerce in the 2nd Administration of President Woodrow Wilson.
