Blackmar, Wilmon Whilldin b. 1841 d. July 16, 1905 Civil War Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. Served in the Civil War as a Lieutenant in Company H, 1st West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry. He was awarded the CMOH for his bravery at the Battle of Five Forks, Virgina on April 1, 1865. His citation reads simply "At a critical stage of the battle, without orders, led a successful advance upon the enemy". His Medal was awarded to him on October 23, 1897. Cunniff, John b. July 9, 1944 d. May 10, 2002 American born John Cunniff was a professional hockey player and coach at the college, minor and pro levels and also a US Hockey Pioneer. Cunniff was a native of South Boston, Ma., and was a two-time All America left wing at Boston College. Stoughton, William b. September 30, 1631 d. July 7, 1701 Colonial figure. Salem Witch trial jurist, preacher. He held a degree in theology from Harvard College, and a masters from Oxford. He was preacher of the church in Dorchester (now part of Boston) until the Massachusetts Bay colony's charter was revoked, when he entered public life as deputy president of the colony's temporary government from 1674 to 1676 and from 1680 to 1686.
