Baldridge, Henry Clarence b. November 24, 1868 d. June 8, 1947 Idaho Governor. He was elected lieutentant governor of Idaho in 1922 and 1924 and governor in 1926 and 1928. He warned against excessive expansion of public building programs; but nevertheless, during his administration there were significant additions to the University of Idaho and various charitable institutions.
