Seton-Karr, Henry b. February 5, 1853 d. May 29, 1914 Politician, Author. Sir Henry Seton-Karr, C.M.C.D.L., was a noted hunter, explorer, outdoorsman and author. He was also a former member of the British Parliament; a position he held for 20 years. Turner, Sir Richard Ernest William b. July 25, 1871 d. May 19, 1961 Boer War British Victorian Cross Medal Recipient. Born in Quebec City, he served as a Lieutenant in the Royal Canadian Dragoons.
