Kirby, William Fosgate b. November 16, 1867 d. July 26, 1934 US Senator. A lawyer and graduate of Cumberland University, he held a number of judicial posts in Arkansas during his career rise. He served in both Houses of the Arkansas State Legislature, as Attorney General for Arkansas, and as an Associate Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court from 1910 to 1916.
