Croll, William Martin b. April 9, 1866 d. October 21, 1929 US Congressman. He was elected as a Democrat to the Sixty-eighth Congress, representing Pennsylvania's 14th district, and served from 1923 to 1925. He failed in his bid for a second term. Croll was born in Upper Macungie Township, Pennsylvania, and graduated from the Eastman Business College in Poughkeepsie, New York. Wagner, Charlie b. December 3, 1912 d. August 30, 2006 Professional Baseball Player. He was a pitcher for the Boston Red Sox from 1938 to 1942 and in 1946. His career was interrupted when he served in the Navy during World War II. His major league record was 32 wins and 23 losses with an Earned Run Average of 3.91.
