Lobaugh, Donald Ronald b. February 7, 1925 d. July 22, 1944 World War II Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. He served as a Private in the United States Army in the 127th Infantry, 32d Infantry Division. He was awarded the Medal of Honor for action on July 22, 1944 near Afua, New Guinea. He was killed in action. His citation reads in part "Knowing that it was the key to the enemy position, Pfc.
