Monaghan, Patrick H. b. November 19, 1843 d. October 22, 1917 Civil War Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. He was a Lieutenant Colonel in the Union Army. He was awarded the Medal of Honor as a Corporal in Company F, 48th Pennsylvania Infantry for action on June 17, 1864 at Petersburg, Virginia.
