Garner, Alfred Buckwalter b. March 4, 1873 d. July 30, 1930 US Congressman. He studied law, was admitted to the bar in 1897, and commenced practice in Ashland, Pennsylvania. After serving in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, he was elected to Congress as a Republican from Pennsylvania and served one term, from 1909 to 1911. Seitzinger, James M. b. November 24, 1846 d. January 14, 1924 Civil War Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. He was a Sergeant in the Union Army. He was awarded the Medal of Honor as a Private in Company G, 116th Pennsylvania Infantry for action on June 3, 1864 at Cold Harbor, Virginia. His citation reads "When the color bearer was shot down, this soldier seized the colors and bore them gallantly in a charge against the enemy."
