Shoffner, Milt b. November 13, 1905 d. January 19, 1978 Professional Baseball Player. Known as Milt "Pinky" Shoffner, his real name was Milburn James Shoffner. He played Major League Baseball for 7 seasons. He was a left handed pitcher and began his career in the minor leagues with Rochester in 1926. He made his Major League debut with the Cleveland Indians, in a relief appearance, on July 20, 1929 when he was 23 years old.
