• Wright, Robert   b. 1830  d. 1885
  Civil War Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. He was a private in the Co G. 14th US Infantry when war broke out. He participated in 56 battles and in one engagement, suffered the loss of an eye. On November 25, 1869 he was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for bravery in the battle of Chapel House Farm, Virginia.

  Television Broadcast Journalist. He was best known for serving as anchorman with ABC News during the 1960s. Following service with the US Army Air Force during World War II, Young initiated his career in journalism with the position of news director at a television station in South Bend, Indiana.
