Duncan, James H. b. December 5, 1793 d. February 8, 1869 US Congressman. In 1849 he was elected as a Whig to the Thirty-first and Thirty-second Congresses, serving two terms until 1853. He was also a member of the Massachusetts State House of Representatives in 1827, 1837, 1838, 1857, and served in the State Senate from 1828 to 1831.
