Auge Jr., Lester A. 'Les' b. May 16, 1953 d. September 13, 2002 Professional Hockey Player. A native of St. Paul, Minnesota, Auge played the position of Defense for teams in the WCHA, AHL, IHL, NHL, Nat-Tm, and the WEC-A hockey leagues. At 6'00, and 190lbs, he played the Colorado Rockies from 1980 to 1981. He was also a member of the NCAA Championship All-Tornament Team in 1974, WCHA Second All-Star Team in 1975, and the NCAA West First All-American Team in 1975. Sloat, Dwain b. December 1, 1918 d. April 18, 2003 Major League Baseball Player. Born in Nokomis, Illinois, he was a right handed pitcher making his debut with the Brooklyn Dodgers on April 24, 1948. For two seasons, he played mainly as a relief pitcher with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1948 and Chicago Cubs in 1949. He died in Siant Paul, Minnesota, at the age of 84.
