Fowley, Douglas (Daniel Vincent) b. May 30, 1911 d. May 21, 1998 Character Actor. He moved to Los Angeles and studied at Los Angeles City College and later, he served in the Navy during World War II. He appeared in more than 200 films, from his debut in The Mad Game (1933), with Spencer Tracy and Claire Trevor.
