Vinson Sr., Frederick Moore b. January 22, 1890 d. September 8, 1953 US Congressman, Presidential Cabinet Member, US Supreme Court Justice. Born in Louisa, Kentucky, he graduated from the law department of Centre College, Kentucky, was admitted to the bar in 1911 and commenced the practice of law in Louisia.
