Sandusky, John b. December 28, 1925 d. March 5, 2006 Professional Football Player/Coach. After graduating from South Philadelphia High School he went to Villanova where he became an All-American. He was taken by the Cleveland Browns in the 2nd round of the 1950 NFL draft in a choice acquired from Detroit for the rights to halfback Doak Walker, who was drafted by the Browns in 1949.
