Dominick, Frederick Haskell b. February 20, 1877 d. March 11, 1960 US Congressman. He was admitted to the bar in 1898 and commenced law practice in Newberry, South Carolina. He was a member of the State House of Representatives, 1901 to 1902, chairman of the Democratic committee, 1906 to 1914, assistant attorney general of South Carolina, 1913 to 1916 and a delegate to the Democratic National Conventions in 1920 and 1924. Nance, James Drayton b. October 10, 1837 d. May 6, 1864 Civil War Confederate Army Officer. He was engaged in the practice of law when he hastened to the call of his native South Carolina in 1861.
