Molnar (Neuman), Ferenc b. January 12, 1878 d. April 1, 1952 Novelist and Journalist. He was born in Budapest, Hungary, into a Jewish family. Molnar started his career as a journalist during his law study in Budapest and Geneva. He changed his German name to be known as a Hungarian writer. At 22, he published his first novel "The Hungry City." His famous novel "The Paul Street boys" were published in 1907.
