Regret b. 1912 d. April 14, 1934 Race Horse. Born at the Brookdale Farm Lincroft, New Jersey, she became the first filly ever to win all three Saratoga Race Course events for two-year-olds in 1914. In 1915, she was the first filly to win the Kentucky Derby and was voted the Eclipse Horse of the Year Award. Out of 11 starts in four seasons 1914 to 1917, Regret won nine, placed second in one and was never beaten by a female horse. Winning Colors b. February 14, 1985 d. February 17, 2008 Race Horse. She was winner of the 1988 Kentucky Derby, ridden by Hall of Fame jockey Gary Stevens. She was one of only three fillies to win the Derby (Regret in 1915 and Genuine Risk in 1980) and the last to date. She was inducted into the National Museum of Racing Hall of Fame in 2000.
